Cipes Pediatric Dentistry is pleased to announce our 2023 Employee of the Year…Jennifer Vanderpool! Each year the Employee of the Year Award recognizes an employee who goes ‘above and beyond’ their duties and exemplifies the true meaning of being a team player.

This year the selection committee consisting of Samira Jahic, Dr. Cipes and Dr. Chisholm brought us back to the Wild Wild West.  We had a rootin, tootin good time with country line dance instructor, Wendy Neilsen.  She taught us a few line dances, and let’s just say none of us will be quitting our day jobs.  Other highlights of the event were the hobby horse riding competition and silly “Wanted Posters’” with fictitious crimes and reasons why we “wanted” each person on our team.

Jenn started with Cipes Pediatric Dentistry as a dental assistant 14 years ago, and later went back to school to become a dental hygienist.   Because of this she is a multidimensional team player and is willing and able to pitch in where ever she is needed.    Jenn is loyal, a true professional and a great friend to all.   We’re proud to say this year she earned our top honor and as always our love and respect.
