Cipes Pediatric Dentistry is pleased to announce our 2019 Employee of the Year…Diane Guimond! Each year the Employee of the Year Award recognizes an employee who goes ‘above and beyond’ their duties and exemplifies the true meaning of team player.

The 2019 selection committee consisting of Leigh McClelland, Brandee Gaetano, and Dr. Beth Chisholm, planned an especially “creative” way to celebrate all we’ve accomplished this year.  We all enjoyed a fun filled event at Muse Paint Bar in West Hartford.    After a buffet lunch, we had a relaxing afternoon painting a wood board sign with the words “Home, Love, Faith, Family.”   The words on the sign seemed perfect…a reminder of the values we all share in caring for our patients, their families and each other every day.

Diane started with Cipes Pediatric Dentistry as a dental hygienist 35 years ago, and later transitioned to the front desk, where you will find her now.   There, because of her vast clinical knowledge, she is a great asset to our administrative team.   Diane is loyal, a true professional and has a great sense of humor.   We’re proud to say this year she earned our top honor and as always our love and respect.
