Cipes Pediatric Dentistry is pleased to announce the 2013 Employee of the Year…West Hartford resident, Donna Rosen!   This award recognizes an employee who goes ‘above and beyond’ their duties and exemplifies the true meaning of team player.

The 2013 selection committee consisted of Nancy Spindler, Jen Dube RDH, and Samira Jahic CDA, who were our 2012 Employees of the Year.  This year they planned another creative way to announce the winner…an exciting rendition of ‘Wheel of Fortune’.  We had our very own Pat Sajak (Nancy), Vanna White (Jen), and game show announcer (Samira)!  The excitement built as we all spun the wheel and guessed letters!   Astrid Wolfe solved the puzzle… as a balloon filled with confetti popped over Donna’s head!

About Donna Rosen

Donna has been with Cipes Pediatric Dentistry for 27 years.   Donna started out as a dental assistant and worked her way up to office manager.   As office manager, Donna is responsible for the daily running of our office, staff management and patient care coordination.   No job is too big or too small for Donna.   On a personal note, she is always there to comfort, listen and guide us.   She is a valuable, dedicated and remarkable employee, friend and co-worker.
