We are thrilled to announce that Donna has been named our 2025 Employee of the Year! Donna’s dedication, positivity, and commitment to our patients and team truly set her apart. She goes above and beyond every single day, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have her as part of the Cipes Pediatric Dentistry family.

This year’s celebration embraced a fun and festive carnival theme, transforming the day into an exciting experience filled with laughter and friendly competition. Team members enjoyed classic carnival-style games, earned prizes, and even got their faces painted to get into the spirit of the event. One of the biggest hits was our fortune teller — who gave everyone a glimpse into what the future might hold!

From cheering each other on at the games to sharing plenty of laughs, the celebration was a wonderful reminder of the strong, joyful culture we’ve built together.
