Cipes Pediatric Dentistry is pleased to announce our 2022 Employee of the Year….Samira Jahic! Each year the Employee of the Year Award recognizes an employee who goes above and beyond their duties and exemplifies the true meaning of team player.
The 2022 selection committee consisting of last year’s winner, Dawn Butler, and Dr. Beth Chisholm, planned a flower themed party to celebrate all we’ve accomplished this year. Wood and Word Bloom came in to teach us how to arrange Wood Flowers. The committed paid attention to the details with an Instagram worthy photo wall, music related to flowers playing in the background, flower cupcakes and handmade paper flowers on the gift.
“The flowers all have different colors, scents, textures and appearances- each one is beautiful on its own but when you bring them all together that is when the magic happens! Like a bouquet, its all of the flowers coming together that give it dimension, interest and depth. Just like our office! Each team member is unique and special in their own way but when we work together the final outcome is even better!” said Dawn.
This year we recognized one “flower” in particular. Samira has continuously shown that she is willing to help in any way possible and always has everyone’s best interest at heart. Her beauty shows through in her daily acts of kindness; she is always lending a helping hand, pitching in whenever possible and being a leader for our team. She is meticulous in her attention to detail and eager to learn and grow in her profession. She comes to work Monday morning with a smile on her face which puts us all in a good mood to start the week.
