At our office, there is no need to try to decipher which forms you need and which insurance questions to answer. We handle everything for you, A-Z, and file all of our paperwork electronically. Just bring your insurance card with you.
Forget those confusing forms! Our administrative staff is available to walk you through the process. They provide information and answer questions about fees, financial arrangements, and insurance coverage. They also provide electronic estimates. Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Before your child receives treatment, the doctor will talk with you about the treatment and we will provide you with a cost estimate. They will be happy to discuss alternative methods of treatment, or to work out payment terms that are sensitive to your financial situation. We hope to make you feel comfortable asking us about any areas of concern.
We appreciate payment for services on the day your child receives them. We accept all major credit cards and most forms of dental insurance. If you have a dental benefits plan, please bring the card and/or forms with you. We will help you fill them out and submit them electronically for you. We’ll also do our best to follow up on your claims to help you receive the maximum benefits. Please recognize, however, that dental insurance doesn’t usually cover all dental care, even for children. Parents are responsible for the payment of deductibles and other amounts not covered by a dental plan
